Dr. Kelley graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1993 and from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1996. He then worked with his uncle, also a chiropractor in the Bearden area before opening Karns Chiropractic in 2001.

Dr. Kelley specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from chronic low back and neck pain to rehabilitation following an accident or injury. He can also provide information about improving your diet, creating a healthier workplace, and increasing the overall quality of your health.

Dr. Kelley served as team chiropractor for the Knoxville Speed, a former professional hockey team. He also served as Head Lacrosse Coach for Farragut High School since 2008, Dr. Kelley also helps to coach The University of Tennessee's Lacrosse team.

Dr. Williem R. Kelley has recently joined Karns Chiropractic Center.  He has been practicing Chiropractic for 44 years in the Knoxville area.  He graduated from the University of Virginia and then the Logan College of Chiropractic in 1976.  He moved to Knoxville immediately following graduation and has been practicing here ever since.

He was the first Chiropractor at the Olympic Training Center in 1984.  He also treated U.T. athletes for 20 years and has treated professional golfers on the PGA and minor tours for the last 20 years.

His practice includes treating all kinds of physical issues to include those from car accidents, workers' compensation, wear and tear, athletic and other injuries.  He treats using Applied Kinesiology and Diversified Adjustment techniques.  Modalities used included advanced Laser techniques, percussion and electrical stimulation.  X-rays are performed as needed to insure proper diagnosis of problems along with appropriate physical examination tests.

His hours of operation are 7AM - 12PM everyday with Wednesday, 7AM-6PM.  He is accepting new patients.

Billie Perry has extensive experience that ranges from being an office manager to recruiting sales people.  She managed two chiropractic practices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for two years.  She was responsible for patient satisfaction, scheduling and billing.  Most recently she was a legal assistant for a law firm in Jacksonville, Florida for a year.  She took care of the client intake and satisfaction along with scheduling and processing court documents.  Billie has worked for a national teleservices company for four years.  She held several positions ranging from employment coordinator to recruiting and retention manager.  She was responsible for attracting and hiring sales agents in two separate offices-one in Bloomington, Indiana and one in San Diego, California.  She easily translated her organization skills to the ice cream business of five years in Suffolk, Virginia.

Billie has had the wonderful experience to be married to a Navy veteran.  She moved from coast to coast when her husband's stations changed.  She'd found it very easy to relate to people in every area of the country.  She was able to relocate her family to Knoxville when her husband retired from the Navy after twenty-two years.  She is enjoying family time with her husband, two children and her sisters family.  Billie also enjoys the exciting world of off-roading in her Jeep. 

Miranda was born in Virginia, has lived in California, Indiana, Florida, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.  She moved to Knoxville with her family in 2014 when she was a senior in high school.  Miranda graduated early from Hardin Valley Academy and then went to Pellissippi Community College where she graduated with an associate degree in videography and animation. 

Miranda has 3 cats, Tala, Lucius, and Tailz.  She enjoys playing games with her friends online and drawing.  Miranda also has an online shop that focuses on stickers and buttons made from her drawings. Miranda dislikes outside – There are BUGS!!
